Returns Policy
Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee and you may return unused items in original packaging within 14 days of delivery. We do not cover the cost of return postage unless an error has been made on our behalf.
Special order products are not returnable however contact us and we will do our best to offer a satisfactory solution.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Most in stock orders are despatched within 24 hours.
Many of the items shown on our website are special order and we therefore need time to procure this from our suppleir. Leadtimes, if applicable, are listed on the product's description
